Deepen your meditation practices by committing to a 7 day challenge. We will start off with a 10 mins on the first day, and add 5 mins each day. The best habits are formed by consistency. Take action to truly push your mind and body to achieve a better daily outcome. You will provided with video instructions as you meditate each day. Insights about what your meditation purpose will be discussed. We will set a week long intention for our practice, and practice diving deep into our intention every day.
